Clair de Lune is Canada’s leading designer and retailer of high quality decorative candles, aromatic lamps, home accents and gift ideas.
Clair de Lune was co-founded in1996 by brothers Jimmy Levy (Vice-President) and Albert Levy (President and Chief Executive Officer) who shared a passion for home fragrance, candles and decor. The Levy’s unique “gift box” concept launched successfully with its first store at Place Versailles, Quebec. Since the beginning, Clair de Lune has maintained their commitment to quality, unique design, and value and as a result, has flourished into a thriving Canadian enterprise.
In 2005-2006, the Company expanded into the Ontario market. Over the past five years, Clair De Lune has tripled its store base and built-out its operations and infrastructure to support future growth.
Clair de Lune currently operates close to 100 stores inprime shopping malls across Canada, located in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Clair de Lune has 10 outlet stores across Quebec with floor space ranging from 2,000 to 3,500 sq. feet on average per store. Furthermore, there are expansion plans to reach 300 stores in the coming years and to continue opening 30-40 stores annually.
