Return and Exchange Policy

At Clair de Lune we want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from our website. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, it may be returned by mail only (15) days after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price with a shipping and handling charge of $5.95. Items cannot be refunded in stores; however, they can be exchanged for store credit or other items. 

Return Procedure

To ensure full credit, the item must be returned in the same condition, in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. Conditions and exceptions may apply.

Prior to returning the parcel, contact our Customer Service. Once you’ve contacted our service representative and got your your return approved, you should follow the procedure:

Online orders returned by mail
    • Step 1: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

    • Step 2: Enclose a copy of the documentation (invoice) that accompanied your order.

    • Step 3: Print a Return Label from Canada Post. Please note that there will be a return fee of $5.95, which will cover the shipping and handling fee.

    • Step 4: Send the package to:

Upon receipt, we will inspect the item for quality assurance. Once we have confirmed that the returned item(s) are in their original condition, we will refund the full amount in the original purchasing method. Please note that this process may take up to 24 hours.

Web orders exchanged in stores (no returns in stores)

All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Please, contact our service representative first to ensure the item you’ve chosen for exchange is available and reserved for you in the nearest store.

The original purchaser must be present when exchanging items in stores. They must bring:

  • The item(s) to be exchanged
  • The invoice/receipt that was sent to your e-mail - please show a printed copy or an electronic copy on your mobile device to the sales associate
  • A piece of I.D. verification

Customers have a choice of exchanging the items for store credit (valid for up to 1 year) or for items within the store. 

Online orders from US returned by mail

Please, contact our service representative prior to return, once your return is approved, the return label will be sent to you by email.

    • Step 1: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Enclose a copy of the documentation (invoice) that accompanied your order.

    • Step 2: Print a return label emailed to you. Please note that there will be a return fee of 7.95USD, which will cover the shipping and handling fee.

    • Step 3:Send the package to:
