Return Policy

At Clair de Lune we want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from our website. 

ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

If the content of your package arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. We will find the best solution for your situation.

NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED?

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, it may be returned by mail only (15) days after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price with a shipping and handling charge of $5.95. Items cannot be refunded in stores; however, they can be exchanged for store credit or other items.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To ensure full credit, the item must be returned in the same condition, in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. Conditions and exceptions may apply.

    • Step 1: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

    • Step 2: Enclose a copy of the invoice that accompanied your order.

    • Step 3: Print a Return Label from the Canada Post.

    • Step 4: Send the package to:

Upon receipt, we will inspect the item for quality assurance. Once we have confirmed that the returned items are in their original condition, we will refund the full amount in the original purchasing method. This process may take up to 48 hours.

EXCHANGES IN STORE

Please note that no web order refunds can be done in store.

Web orders can be exchanged in stores. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Please contact us first to ensure the item you’ve chosen for exchange is available and reserved for you in store.

The original purchaser must be present when exchanging items in stores. They must bring:

  • The item(s) to be exchanged
  • The invoice/receipt that was sent to your e-mail - please show a printed copy or an electronic copy on your mobile device to the sales associate
  • A piece of I.D. verification

Customers have a choice of exchanging the items for store credit or for items within the store.
