Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within Canada

Any item available in our webstore can be delivered to your home, to your office or to other address as a gift. Orders are shipped out from our distribution center within 3-5 business days. Shipping time is based on your region and proximity to our warehouse in Montreal, Quebec. Special order items should take 15 business days. We can ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Delivery within United States

We do not ship outside Canada now. More information to come.

Restrictions

Shipping fees apply to Canada only, with the exception of certain rural areas and territories (i.e. Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut). If you're on exception of our flat fee shipping rate you will be contacted by email before processing the order. Please note that the shipping charge may be subject to additional fees according to the shipping address. In this case, you will be notified and requested for approval before we process the order. All shipping rates based on Canada Post rates and are subject to change without notice. 

"$5.95 Flat Fee" is not applicable on oversized items, such as certain furniture and overweight orders (orders above 5 kg), as they cannot be accomodated by our regular courrier service agreement . Should your order be oversized and or over 5 kg, a customer service representative will contact you to advise of revised shipping charges before proceesing your order. If you know your order will be oversized and or over 5kg beforehand, please, contact our Customer Service for the revised shipping charges.

Services with Canada Post

This service reaches out to all Canadian addresses in major cities within 2-4 business days and up to 10 business days for certain other rural areas and zones. This service can be used for postal boxes, extended areas as well as any business address just like a mail service. Should there be nobody to accept the parcel upon delivery, a tag will be left with details on how to pick up your parcel at your local postal outlet. Postal outlets can sometimes be accessed easily with their extended morning, evening, and Saturday hours and the parcel is kept for as much as 10 days before it is returned to us. Please make sure you have a photo ID when picking up your parcel. This parcel is fully insured and is traceable wit your assigned tracking number, which you should receive by e-mail. If you have not received a tracking number after having placed your order for more 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service immediately. 

Limit Date for Holidays orders

Please, take note that limit date for holiday season orders is 2 weeks in advance.
For the holiday season of 2016 linit dates will be:
Easter — before March, 15
Mother's day — before May, 1
Father's day — before June, 12
Thanksgiving — before October, 1
Christmas — before December, 12 

During delivery

Upon delivery, immediately inspect your package for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipping. Carefully inspect the packaging and contents of the package. It is normal for any package to show some wear, however, if your contents are damanged: Accept the package, make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt. Sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records and contact our customer service immediately.
